Terms - Important Information to Read and Understand before making Reservations.

Total Payment Required at time of Reservation.

Cancellations received after June 9, 2010 but prior to July 1, 2010 will incur a penalty equal to 25% of the total package.

Cancellations received on or after July 2, 2010 but before July 10, 2010 will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total package.

Cancellations received on or after July 11, 2010 will be subject to forfeiture of 100% of the total package.

ALL cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Cancellation Statement.

Payment Schedule:

As of July 1, 2010 - Full payment for the total package must be paid at time of booking. These are pre-paid rooms, not just reservations. Please read our cancellation policy (above) prior to making a reservation.

Prior to July 1, 2010 - All Reservations require a $100.00 Non-Refundable Deposit.

On the outside change that we do not meet our minimum amount of people for the trip, we will contact each individual person and notify you to make arrangements for a full refund less all PayPal Fees.

Travel Redefined and Life Redefined LLC. reserves the right to make changes or substitutions as may be necessary to maintain the quality of the trip. We can not be responsible for weather conditions; trip will proceed rain or shine.

Liabilities: In making arrangements for accommodations, meals, transportation, transfers, excursions, sightseeing and other services included in the tour, Life Redefined LLC and Travel Redefined is acting only as a facilitator for the following suppliers of travel services. I.E. all transportation, hotel, ground handlers, restaurants, attractions, entertainment, parking arrangements, are not liable for any accidents, injury, damage, loss, illicit act, delay or other irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of this trip. Life Redefined LLC and Travel Redefined will not be responsible for any loss incurred by traveler, including lost days of the scheduled trip, due to any means and modes of transportation. Please investigate purchasing travel insurance as recommended to cover any type of loss associated with unforeseen situation. Rules On The Trip:

Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and company facility or companies involved rules. We reserve the right to refuse admission or request the departure of those who fail to comply with these rules.

In conformance with theatre rules, alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, clothing not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Participants consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance with the foregoing.

All persons, regardless of age, must hold a valid reservation in order to gain admission to the bus.

Participants are required to conduct themselves in a considerate manner that enables the enjoyment of other customers. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the bus and/or ask those behaving in an objectionable manner disturbing to others to leave the bus. No refunds will be provided to those contravening our standards of conduct.

Due to the nature of length of the trip, please understand that we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with the entire trip or experience or that it will be free of technical or mechanical. Life Redefined and Travel Redefined does not guarantee specific bus, room or seat for any given trip. Refunds will not be granted for alternate plans or any technical mechanical malfunctions on a specific trip.

Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the pick up locations. Life Redefined and Travel Redefined will not reimburse ticket holders for parking tickets, or traffic violations to, from or while on the trip.

Please be advised that the content of a particular show may not be suitable for all audiences. Participants are responsible for educating themselves about the content of the production company productions and presentations. We note the subjective nature of such appraisals and accordingly advise you that no refunds will be issued due to show content.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and in some instances may be refused admission.

You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the performance. You agree that the performance for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. By entering the theatre, you grant to the production company a fully paid perpetual license to use of your image and voice if you are included in any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken or made at a performance.

By entering the bus, hotel, theater or any event you voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury arising from or in any way related to a performance, whether arising before, after or during the trip and release Life Redefined and Travel Redefined from all liability with respect to the event. You acknowledge all risks incidental to any theatrical performance or event for which your ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the performance and agree to assume all such risks.

Certain items may not be brought onto the bus, hotel, stadium or theatre. These include alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, guns, cameras and other recording devices. In order to ensure that these items are not carried into the theatre, the production company reserves the right to search your belongings upon entry to the venue. You consent to such search and understand and agree that you may be denied entry without refund if you refuse same.

Life Redefined & Travel Redefined reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management of the trip deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Life Redefined & Travel Redefined or the expectations & rules. Breach of terms or Life Redefined & Travel Redefined expectations & rules will terminate your license to attend the trip without refund. Offenders will be removed from the bus and turned over to the New York State Police or Canada Patrol.
